Cornerstone Building Brands Completes Acquisition Of Union Corrugating

Cary, NC - Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CNR), manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Union Corrugating Company Holdings, Inc. (UCC), a provider of metal roofing, roofing components, and accessories.

The transaction was funded with cash on hand and Cornerstone will report UCC results through the Commercial business segment.
