Metal Building Manufacturers Association Announces 2022 Board Of Directors

Cleveland, OH - The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) elected its 2022 board of directors at the association’s annual meeting held December 8-9, 2021, in Indian Wells, California.

The 2022 board members are:

Tom Boal, Behlen Building Systems – Chair

Mark Van Dyken, Nucor Building Systems – Vice Chair

Greg Pasley, BlueScope Buildings NA         

Dave Koubek, Chief Buildings

Michael McWeeney, Cornerstone Building Brands

Ron Ambrosius, Inland Buildings

Ron Fox, Nucor Building Systems

Steve Browning, Vulcan Steel Structures

Mike Anderson, Expi-Door Systems

Greg Andrews, ABIS

“It’s a great honor to be elected as the next chair of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association,” said Tom Boal, president of Behlen Building Systems. “The past two years have been very challenging for the industry, but Greg Pasley leaves the organization in a great place and I am excited about moving us forward.”

“Our 65th year has been one of the busiest ever for MBMA and the entire metal building systems industry,” added Tony Bouquot, MBMA general manager. “With so much going on, I am looking forward to working with Tom Boal and the new board of directors in 2022 as we continue to advance the industry.”

Through its various committees, MBMA and its members invest untold hours to ensure metal building systems are the premier choice for low-rise commercial construction. These committees include technical, accreditation, energy, fire protection, insurance, safety and sustainability, and their work puts MBMA at the forefront of the industry. MBMA also collaborates closely with the International Accreditation Service (IAS) on the industry’s AC472 quality assurance program, ensuring a standard of excellence for all companies that have earned accreditation.
