Upcoming NCCA Meeting To Focus On Leadership
Cleveland, OH – The National Coil Coating Association’s (NCCA) Annual Meeting is scheduled April 24-27, 2022, in Sonoma, Calif. The theme is “Leading for Tomorrow” and the keynote speaker, Bill Fournet, will present “Lead
for Tomorrow: How to Thrive in the Age of Disruption” on Tuesday, April 26. This thought-provoking presentation will provide attendees with proven tactics to respond well to any challenge or disruption that can be applied today to lead for a
better tomorrow.
In a special panel discussion, executives from coater companies Brightsmith, Precoat Metals, Steel Dynamics, Steelscape and Vorteq will provide their insights on the current state of the industry and cover various industry topics and the role NCCA can
take to address them.
The education seminar scheduled for Monday, April 25 covers an important topic that companies have been challenged with over the last several months. “The Great Resignation: Tactics and Strategies for Attracting and Retaining the Best Employees”
will be presented by Gene Marks.
Other highlights of the meeting include presentations on timely topics such as the outlook of the U.S. steel and aluminum industries, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and supply chain and transportation challenges.
