Columbus, NE - Behlen Mfg. Co. announces Arlene Campos Guerra as President of the Behlen Building Systems (BBS) business unit.

Campos Guerra leads all aspects of BBS, Trident Building Systems (TBS), and any other building systems related acquisitions which may occur. She has 15 years of experience in the metal building industry, most recently Director of Project Engineering, where she oversaw the project planning team and project engineering resources.

In making this decision, Behlen Mfg. Co. President and CEO Tom Boal noted, “I have known Arlene and have had the opportunity to work with Arlene for quite some time. She brings with her a tremendous amount of experience in the metal building industry, specifically in management, engineering, and operations. She is an exceptional leader with a passion for her work and is an excellent addition to the Behlen Leadership Team.”

Campos Guerra earned her MBA in Organizational Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute in 2019. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She was a STEP Award recipient in 2013, a national award recognition for women in manufacturing careers.

Campos Guerra lives in Spring, Texas, and works remotely with frequent visits to the business unit locations.
