Ralston Joins BILCO As Regional Sales Manager

New Haven, CT – The BILCO Company announced Josh Ralston has been hired as Regional Sales Manager and will lead the company’s residential sales team in New England and territories in New York and New Jersey.

Ralston, who resides in Massachusetts, has more than 15 years of experience in sales, management and customer service roles. BILCO is the manufacturer of specialty access products and leads the industry in quality, durability and ease of use with its line of basement doors, window wells and accessories.

Prior to joining BILCO, Ralston worked as an Inside Sales Specialist and Assistant Branch Manager for Timberline Enterprises in Massachusetts. The company provides residential and commercial builders with lumber and building materials. Ralston recommended BILCO products to contractors and homeowners in his role with Timberline. He also worked in various other sales roles for several other businesses.

As the Regional Sales Manager, Ralston will support builders, installers and retailers in providing solutions for their residential projects. His territory includes all the New England states, eastern New York, New York City and northern New Jersey.

“I visited the manufacturing plant in Ohio, which gave me a better understanding of how these products are manufactured, packaged and shipped,” he said. “I’ve also learned a ton of smaller details about the different products, such as materials used and different variations and sizes. I think the most impressive about BILCO is the longevity of the brand and the brand recognition in the market.”
