MBCEA Releases Mobile App For Members

Bethlehem, PA - The Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) has released a mobile app for Apple and Android phones. The new app enables members to access all the member benefits available on the MBCEA website and directly communicate with other members.

It is available for free download in the Apple App Store and via Google Play.

“We are excited to offer the MBCEA app as another benefit to our members,” said Sasha Demyan, MBCEA Executive Director. “It makes keeping up with the latest association and industry news as easy as opening your phone. And it now allows members to immediately message other members and start discussions on issues they need assistance with. We’re looking forward to using the app for all things conference as well!”

The main screen of the app displays the association’s News Feed. This provides important announcements, industry events, MBCEA member and chapter programs, crew announcements and more. In addition to the News Feed, the app has the following:

- Industry events calendar

- Member forums, with discussion areas for AC478 accreditation, business operations, membership information, and training and safety issues

- A direct message function to connect with other MBCEA members

- Metal Buildings Institute (MBI) training information

- A link to the Member Compass

- A personal schedule
