Social Media Star Stephanie Dailey To Lead MRA Session At IRE

Portland, OR - For installers and contractors, trying to compete in a commodity business is a race to the bottom. So, how can the trades get away from competing on price and tap into growth segments that are ripe with higher margins and unrealized
potential? That's the focus of a special Metal Roofing Alliance panel
discussion at this year's International Roofing Expo, to be led by Stephanie Dailey, a popular social media personality who's also a licensed general
contractor.
Dailey, who is with Utah-based Steven Dailey Construction, is a leader in Utah's construction industry, a regular contributor to Build Productions and a social media sensation with tens of thousands of followers on Instagram. Her custom builds often showcase stunning residential metal roofs.
MRA’s IRE session entitled “Residential Metal Roofing: Leading Industry Experts Share The Secrets of Success,” will be held Thursday, Feb. 20 from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. on the show floor (booth space 7141), and will also include other
seasoned experts who have years of experience building highly successful residential metal roofing businesses. Chuck Roberts, General Manager of AL-CO Metal Roofing, and James Goodwin, VP of Estimating with Beldon Roofing Company, will join Dailey for a lively Q&A discussion, covering the why and how to make the transition from asphalt to metal roofing and the financial and business impact by doing so, along with
advice for training, skills development and business building ideas.
“Residential metal roofing in the U.S. and Canada is the single-largest unfulfilled business opportunity in the industry,” said Renee Ramey, MRA executive director. “In many regions, demand is high and continues
to rise. This year, IRE attendees have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business the secrets for tapping into residential metal roofing’s incredible potential.”
The 2025 International Roofing Expo (IRE) will be in San Antonio, TX, February 19-21.
