 |
Bethlehem, PA - Sasha Demyan, Executive Director of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA), has been named to the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Society
for Association Excellence (PASAE). She was elected, along with two additional members, to the board in January 2025 for a two-year term.
“It’s very exciting to join the board of PASAE,” says Demyan. “This
is an organization that educates and provides opportunities for those who work with and run associations. My involvement directly impacts my role at MBCEA, helping me focus on providing exceptional value to the association and its members.”
PASAE exists to educate those who manage associations, and it provides a place where association professionals at all levels come to meet their personal and professional needs. It offers the highest quality educational, leadership,
and professional development opportunities to association executives and staff, as well as supplier members, which enhances the performance of the organizations they represent. The PASAE Board of Directors sets policy and establishes the associations
strategic direction.
As a board member, Demyan has several goals. She would “like to continue expanding PASAE’s membership and serve as a valuable resource for educational topics.” She also noted that, “The
opportunity to attend roundtables to speak with peers at all levels of association management has been a big benefit to my professional growth, and continuing these opportunities will be a focus of mine as well.”
