Spin-Off From Holcim Complete, Amrize Debuts as Independent, Publicly Traded Company

New York and Zurich – Amrize has announced the completion of its spin-off from Holcim, and its debut as an independent, publicly traded company. To commemorate the availability of its shares on both the New York Stock Exchange
(NYSE) and the SIX Swiss Exchange (under the ticker symbol AMRZ), company officials were at the NYSE on Monday, June 23 to ring the opening bell.
