RIMA-I Announces Keynoter For I-RIM Conference 2025
Virginia Beach, VA -The Reflective Insulation Manufacturer's Association has announced the speaker lineup for the upcoming International Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Conference (I-RIM Conference), scheduled for 18 November at the
Grand Hotel Dino in Baveno, Italy, on Lago Maggiore, outside of Milan. This special one-day event precedes the Global Insulation Conference at the same location.
The speaker lineup begins with a special keynote speaker, Dr. Jan Kosny, who is one of the world’s foremost building envelope researchers. He has over three decades of experience in the building sciences, including 18 years at Oak Ridge National
Laboratory where he developed a number of high-performance roofing and BIPV concepts while holding a number of faculty positions. He has published over 120 technical articles and numerous patents related to advanced building concepts. He has
represented the United States at many international organizations and standards bodies including the International Energy Agency; and he has extensive experience collaborating with industry to commercialize advanced building technologies.

His presentation, Dynamic Thermal Disconnect and Other Novel Technology Opportunities for Future Reflecting Insulation and Radiant Barrier Applications, will discuss thermal testing results and application examples of several emerging thermal management
technologies (including building systems), where materials typically used by the reflective products industries may possibly find new avenues for market introductions. These technologies may also open new partnership opportunities with companies from
different industrial sectors. You don’t want to miss it!
Dr. Kosny, will be presenting along with several other industry experts. The full lineup of the conference, speakers, and presentation details are available at https://rimainternational.org/i-rim-conference/i-rim-conference-2025-milan-italy/.
