MCA Announces 2026 Scholarship Program Recipients

Schaumburg, IL – The Metal Construction Association (MCA) is proud to announce the recipients of scholarships through the 2026 MCA Scholarship Program,
supporting the educational goals of employees of MCA member companies and their families.
Now in its third year, the program awards $2,000 scholarships to students pursuing post-secondary education, including college, vocational, and trade programs. Recipients are selected through a blinded, competitive review process based on their academic
achievements, personal essays, extracurricular involvement, and demonstrated commitment to their future careers. MCA is proud to enable member companies to offer this employee benefit to their customers at no additional cost.
This year’s recipients represent an impressive range of interests—from education and agriculture to data science and military service—and reflect the strength and diversity of the MCA community.
Mattias Carney

Colton will attend Ottawa University, where he plans to study coaching and administration. With a passion for mentorship and athletics, he aims to build a career as a coach and teacher, helping young people develop both on and off the field.
