Virginia Beach, VA – The Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association International will hold their Fall meetings at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront in Jacksonville, Florida, October 5-6, 2026 in conjunction with the ASTM C16 meetings at the same location. These meetings are the association’s working meetings where committees meet to discuss assigned projects, address current industry issues, generate new programs and services and work on ongoing and upcoming projects.

Topics of the working meetings will include building codes, technical/research, verification, strategic alliances, research and education opportunities, marketing and membership.

The highlight of day two of the meeting will be the general Membership Meeting where attendees will hear a full report on association activities/accomplishments, goals and upcoming projects and association business. Fall meetings include recognizing retiring Board members as well as holding elections for any empty board positions. Meetings will wrap up with a guest speaker.

This open meeting provides guests with an opportunity to learn about all that is happening within the reflective products industry while networking with the top professionals in this field. In addition, guests will have a chance to let their voices be heard and get involved. Anyone involved in the reflective insulation, radiant barrier and radiation control coatings (IRCC) industries, would benefit from attending. Guests are welcome to participate in all meetings and are invited to join the members for a group cocktail hour sponsored by Celplast Metallized Products, followed by dinner Monday evening at The Chart House.
