Christ Community Church, Houston, TX, was reroofed with standing seam roofing, installed over an existing standing seam roof with the aid of Roof Hugger retrofit roof framing.
The new 3”-high trapezoidal standing seam panels were manufactured by Whirlwind Building Systems, Houston, TX. Those 24” o.c. panels were fastened onto 3-1/2”-high Roof Huggers that were installed on existing 3”-high trapezoidal standing seam panels.
The retrofit roofing contractor for the 8,000 sq. ft. project was Independent Steel Erectors Inc., Houston, TX.
