The Windsong Church Of Christ in North Little Rock, AR, is a 34,735 sq. ft. structure using rigid framing by VP Buildings.
The main sanctuary has a sloped floor, so all main rigid framing and lean-to frames have different base elevations. Clerestory frames bear on the top flange of rigid frame rafter beams. The building, which is designed for future expansion on both endwalls, has 5’ canopies and roof extensions around the building.
A Cool Zinc Gray SLR field-seamed roof, by VP, covers the church. The walls are a Cool Colonial Red in a Panel Rib profile, complementing masonry.
The metal building contractor was Conark Builders of Conway, AR. The project was designed by Steelman Connell Moseley Architects P.A. of Little Rock, AR.
