Adjacent to the Providence Amtrak Station and tied directly to the Riverwalk pedestrian system, the Capitol Cove Condominium development boasts 750,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use residential, office and retail space in the heart of the Capital District in Providence, RI.

Currently used as dormitories for nearby Johnson and Wales University, the Capitol Cove Condominium project features 20,000 sq. ft. of Dove Grey Omega-Lite panels, manufactured by Laminators Incorporated. The panels were installed using the manufacturer’s 1-piece Molding Installation system.

Companies involved with the Capitol Cove Condominium project include Kamco Supply of Boston, MA and Tocci Building Corporation of Woburn, MA.
