The attachment system was the MCP System 100. General contractor was Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC of Kennesaw, Georgia.

Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama with a regional office in Atlanta, Daniel Corporation developed the residential component; Atlanta-based Selig Enterprises, Inc. owns, leases and manages the retail. Architect was Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, Inc. of Atlanta --- “an internationally established design firm providing innovative professional services for corporate, commercial, hospitality, residential, industrial, government and educational projects.” Phillips Partnership, an Atlanta-based firm, was retail architect.
