Mission Bay Housing at the University of California San Francisco Mission Bay Campus is a four building student housing complex surrounding a central garden courtyard, one of which is a high-rise building. Over 36,500 sq. ft. of CENTRIA’s IW-60A concealed fastener Profile Series panel was incorporated in the design.

The project architects were Fisher-Friedman Associates in partnership with Skidmore Owings and Merrill. The CENTRIA dealer was Blackwood Associates, Inc., Fairfield, CA. General contractor was Swinerton Builders, Sacramento, CA. The CENTRIA product used on Mission Bay Housing was IW-60A in Fashion Grey and Charcoal Grey.
