About the International Zinc Association

Based in Brussels, Belgium, the International Zinc Association (IZA) is a non-profit organization, based in Brussels, Belgium, represents companies that mine, refine and recycle zinc, and to producers of zinc oxide, zinc alloys, zinc sheet and zinc wire. The IZA provides those companies with a forum to address global issues through collaborative efforts in sustainable development, technology & market development, environment and communications. Through a merger with the International Lead Zinc Research Organization (ILZRO), IZA members now also have access to ILZRO’s staff and research capabilities in the product, environmental and health areas for zinc.
