PAC-CLAD is a versatile prefinished sheet metal coating (Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000® ) that is applied to both G-90 galvanized steel and 3105-H14 aluminum. Originally developed for use in
abrasive environments, PAC-CLAD has proven to be ideally suited for application in roofing, wall, storefront and trim applications. PAC-CLAD is available in a wide range of colors carefully selected to complement a range of building materials.
Petersen maintains extensive rollforming equipment in each of its regional facilities. Each of its rollformers provides panels that have been Herr-Voss corrective leveled. Standing seam, flush, wall and soffit panels are all factory formed
in lengths up to 50 feet. Longer lengths are available. Matching flashing and trim may also be factory formed or field formed from PAC-CLAD material.
Petersen fabricates a wide range of roofing accessories. Coping, gravel stops, gutters
and downspouts are all formed from 42 standard PAC-CLAD colors.
