Method Construction of Houston, TX was the general contractor for this 15,236 square foot Seaco Business Park warehouse in Deer Park, TX, which used metal systems construction from Mid-West Steel Building Company. The erector was Independent Steel Erectors of Houston.

The roof is 26 gauge PBR solar white panels with ridge vents and a 1:12 slope. Endwall and sidewalls are also 26 gauge PBR with light transmitting wall panels.

This Seaco Business Park project was a 2014 Mid-West Design Build Award of Merit winner.
