This 34,860 warehouse/sales building for Spir Star in Houston, TX, utilized steel framing by Mid-West Steel Building Company and features a 1/2" on 12" standing seam roof system.

End walls and sidewalls are tilt-wall construction. Extruded aluminum eyebrow canopy covers were also used above the windows. The building also has a drive-through canopy with skylights, epoxy floor covering and a wooden modular wall system.
