Bexson Construction Ltd., an American Buildings Company (ABC) authorized Builder, built a new two-story office building for Universal Industries in Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada. The building features two large boardrooms and 72 office spaces.
Bexson Construction designed the new 8,186-square-foot building with a 25-foot curved stone wall at the foyer of the building and a number of different exterior finishes, including ABC fox gray Architectural III wall panels and Zincalume® Standing Seam 360 roof panels.
Headquartered in Lloydminster, Alberta, Bexson Construction was awarded first place in the 2013 ABC Excellence in Design Awards competition in the category of “office” for their work on the Universal Industries facility. ABC’s Excellence in Design Awards recognizes builders and roofers for their innovation and distinction in design.
