Located 29 miles northwest of Dallas, TX, The Shops at Highland Village is an upscale, mixed-use lifestyle center consisting of approximately 350,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants and 32,000 sq. ft. of office space. The architectural theme for the 16-building destination development is Texas Hill Country. The site design provides for a central gathering spot and a street plan which encourages exploration and discovery of the various shops.
More than 108,000 sq. ft. of Petersen’s PAC-CLAD material in a variety of profiles—including 16” Snap-On, 18” High Snap-On, 16” Snap-Clad and 11” Flush Panels—were utilized to create the desired look. All material was finished in Custom Literary Green and Weathered Zinc.
The Petersen panels were installed by GNP, Inc., Forney, TX. Design for the project was provided by O’Brien & Associates, Dallas, TX.
