Located in the Canton section of Baltimore, MD, near the vibrant Inner Harbor area, the 1st Mariner Bank building is a recognizable landmark on the scenic landscape. Playing a prominent role in the sleek but dignified appearance of the high-rise structure is metal roofing by Metal-Fab Manufacturing (MetFab).
The building features 35,000 sq. ft. of MetFab III Panels, in a Hartford Green color. The contractor was Kalkreuth Roofing of Frederick, MD.
MetFab III is a commercial product that is structural and pleasing to the eye. The 2”-high mechanically-seam panels can be installed in low slope applications as well as on steeper slopes, and they can be formed from galvanized steel with a Kynar 500® finish, Galvalume®-coated steel with a Kynar 500® finish, Galvalume Plus®, aluminum with a Kynar 500® finish, copper, or lead-coated copper. MetFab III Panels can be factory manufactured and shipped to the job, or site run for continuous length panels.
