Familiar Baltimore Landmark Topped By Metal Roofing From Metal-Fab Manufacturing

Located in the Canton section of Baltimore, MD, near the vibrant Inner Harbor area, the 1st Mariner Bank building is a recognizable landmark on the scenic landscape. The building features 35,000 sq. ft. of MetFab III Panels, in a Hartford Green color. The contractor was Kalkreuth Roofing of Frederick, MD.

MetFab III is a commercial product that is structural and pleasing to the eye. The 2”-high mechanically-seam panels can be installed in low slope applications as well as on steeper slopes, and they can be formed from galvanized steel with a Kynar 500® finish, Galvalume®-coated steel with a Kynar 500® finish, Galvalume Plus®, aluminum with a Kynar 500® finish, copper, or lead-coated copper. MetFab III Panels can be factory manufactured and shipped to the job, or site run for continuous length panels.
