Located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, the Brady Storage Solutions facility consists of a two-story heated storage building and seven single-story cold storage buildings. Featuring metal products from American Buildings Company, the project measures approximately 46,000 sq. ft.

The self-storage complex was constructed on a site located in the center of the city of Greater Sudbury next to its downtown core. The buildings are clad with American Buildings Company’s Long Span III wall panels and Standing Seam II Roof System.

Brady Storage Solutions was developed to target the business sector as well as the general public as customers. The two-story structure was built with access to the second story by a grade level ramp due to several grade changes at the back of the site.

The American Buildings Company Builder was Dalron Leasing Limited Dalron of Sudbury, Ontario. The architect was Steve Wicklander.
