The new Tractor Supply retail center in Honeoye Falls, New York is made up of an attractive blend of construction materials that embody the largely rural customers that it serves. At the core of the 18,800 sq. ft. structure is Continuous Beam framing from Varco Pruden Buildings.

The use of Varco Pruden’s materials went well beyond the metal building framing. The main single-slope roof is covered by SSR panels in Cool Colonial Red color. Wall awnings were framed with light-gauge metal and covered with Varco Pruden’s SLRII architectural standing seam roofing, also in Cool Colonial Red. The store‘s two towers and main entry eyebrow feature SLRII roofing in a Cool Copper Penny hue.

Siding the exterior are Kingspan 3” insulated inverted rib, stucco-embossed wall panels in Surrey Beige and Colonial Red, with VP Cool Colonial Red trim. The soffits are Kingspan 3” insulated inverted rib, stucco-embossed panels in Regal White, with VP Cool Egyptian White trim. The accent cupola on top of the main entry tower is a 36” vinyl Dalton cupola by Cape Code Weathervane Company with an accompanying tractor weathervane.

The Varco Pruden Builder was Construction Management Systems Inc. of Springwater, NY. The designer was Smith & Associates of Rochester, NY. The Tractor Supply in Honeoye Falls, NY was completed in September 2011.
