Bennett Town Hall

New Municipal Structure Designed With Variety Of Materials From Varco Pruden Buildings

The new Bennett Town Hall in Bennett, Colorado is a stylish complex that was constructed with a Rigid Frame metal building system from Varco Pruden Buildings.

Bennett Town Hall was selected as the Best of Government Winner in the 2019 Varco Pruden Hall Of Fame presentation.

Measuring 8,450 sq. ft., the town hall was constructed by Lefever Building Systems, a VP Builder in Denver. The designer was D2C Architects, also of Denver. The town of Bennett is located just east of Denver on Interstate 70.

Among the design elements that bring character to the building are multiple roof height changes, clerestories that run the lengths of both wings of the L-shaped structure, as well as architectural metal wall panels that were installed above a masonry wainscot.

The wall panels are the Panel Rib profile in Cotton White color, while the roof is the SSR profile in Cool Granite Gray. All of the metal panels were supplied by Varco Pruden Buildings.

Bennett Town Hall was constructed during the winter, on a tight schedule for project delivery.
