The 8,708 square foot Deltalok Building in Ferndale, Washington, is a multi-use, office facility/warehouse whose exterior is highlighted by metal facades and canopies. Featuring a variety of products from Metallic Building Company, two different types of metal wall panels were applied horizontally and a third type was applied vertically to match the look of an existing building on the project site.
Additionally, the Deltalok building utilized Galvalume-coated steel gutters and downspouts, and it employs 12-foot tall storefront glass on two sides.
For the roof panels, this office and warehouse utilized 24-gauge Ultra-Dek® panels. These versatile panels are a trapezoidal solution used to provide optimal durability and weathertightness.
The project included the following team members: Credo Construction, Inc., (www.credoconstruction.com), Bellingham, Washington, was the general contractor as well as the builder/erector/roofing contractor; and the building manufacturer was Metallic Building Company, based in Houston, Texas.
