Metal building systems from Varco Pruden Buildings were the perfect choice for the construction of the EnviroTech Chemical Services facility in Modesto, California. The 19,343 sq. ft. project consists of a warehouse and supporting offices, utilizing Varco Pruden’s Rigid Frame and Continuous Beam structural systems.

Through the use of colorful metal panels and architectural angles for the main warehouse structure and attached offices, the building takes on a patriotic flair. The roofs are Varco Pruden’s Panel Rib, a thru-fastened profile, formed from Galvalume-coated steel – with a Cool Colonial Red color used over the office portion of the structure. The walls are also Panel Rib, in Tahoe Blue for the warehouse and Arctic White for the offices. Metl-Span CF-42 insulated metal panels were also used.

The Varco Pruden Builder was Span Construction & Engineering Inc., based in Madera, CA. The project was designed by Gerald Mele & Associates Inc. of Fresno, CA.
