Newark Charter School Gymnasium

Delaware School Gymnasium Comes To Life With Help Of Products From American Buildings Company

Building Concepts of America, an American Buildings Company (ABC) Authorized Builder, developed a new, 13,674-square-foot gymnasium for Newark Charter School in Newark, Delaware. The gymnasium includes a basketball court and locker rooms.

The project is a 130’4” clear span gymnasium, which features masonry and architectural panels. The rigid frame building includes slate gray Loc Seam roof panels and regal white Architectural III wall panels.

For their work on the project, Building Concepts of America was awarded first place in the 2014 ABC Excellence in Design Awards in the Recreation category. The ABC Excellence in Design Awards program recognizes Builders and Roofers for their innovation in design and metal systems construction.
