TWO-EE's Winery

Indiana Winery Comes To Life With The Aid Of Metal Products From Varco Pruden Buildings

The proprietors of TWO-EE’s Winery, its board and community members broke ground in April 2012 for a 6,000 square-foot winery near Roanoke, Indiana. The result is a beautiful facility featuring products from Varco Pruden Buildings.

The winery, located at 6808 North U.S.-24 East and surrounded by 40 acres of trails and vineyard, includes a 2,000 square-foot tasting room and a climate-controlled wine production room, along with a two acre vineyard that can be viewed year round from the Four Seasons Room located within the winery.

Using a combination of economical construction elements and stone accents, CME Construction created a facility with a modern, innovative design. The structure incorporates Varco Pruden’s SSR™ standing seam roof system (24-gauge Galvalume) and Vee Rib™ wall system (26-gauge Galvalume), both coated with KXL™ finish. Cool Zinc Gray PVDF finish was used on the wall panels.

According to Larry Satek, president of the Indiana Wine Grape Council, Indiana’s climate poses suitable conditions for production of high-quality juice, wine and table grapes. He said, “It’s great to see more wineries demonstrating the wine growing potential of northeast Indiana.”
