Hatfield, PA – Beginning in 2012, Wendy’s corporate office rolled out an improved branding and image activation strategy geared towards updating the exterior of their stores across the United States. The company plans to invest up to $500 million by the end of 2015 in order to reach its goal of reimaging 50 percent of company restaurants.
To maintain a consistent southwest feel, the architect responsible to update a Chandler, Arizona Wendy’s location chose Redwood Omega-Lite® by Laminators Incorporated to clad the exterior of the building.
Omega-Lite panels offer a highly decorative, strong and durable surface finish for exterior wall surfaces. Composed of a polyallomer, corrugated core between two finished aluminum sheets, the panels are non-absorbent, water-resistant, and easy to maintain. With a wide variety of standard colors and two surface finishes, Omega-Lite panels are an ideal exterior cladding choice for corporate identity projects.
Using a rout and return installation method, Total Metals, LLC of Chandler, AZ installed the ACM panels with ease. Fred Combs Construction of Tempe, AZ was the General Contractor on the project.
In addition to the Chandler, AZ project, other Wendy’s franchises across the US have selected Laminators’ Omega-Lite as part of their restaurant transformations.
