Metallic Shares Company Goals And Initiatives For 2014
On Monday morning, builders and vendors convened for Metallic’s General Session. Hosted by Mike Carbone, one of America’s leading corporate comedy talents, the “Metallic in the Morning” program presented the company’s 2014 strategy to revitalize domestic and international partnerships by providing metal building solutions and restoring customer intimacy. Builders heard from Tom Boal, President of Metallic Building Company, and the company’s leadership team from operations to manufacturing. All speakers shared the common theme of restoring customer intimacy by providing support from every department, during every step of the builder’s erection process, and then following up with proprietary quality check processes.
“One of our primary objectives for this year is the notion of every person in the value chain having an obsession for quality - being complete, on time, every time is very important to our mutual success,” said Boal. “Our goal is to provide our valued builders with innovative building solutions from quote through design by leveraging access to our broad range of products and services.”
After the General Session, participants attended three Breakout Sessions, hosted by Bob Zabcik, Director of Research and Development; Chip Moyer, Insulated Metal Panels – Product Support Manager; and Farshad Vossoughi, Vice President of Emerging Technologies. Presentations included vital instruction on utilizing ComCheck to optimize insulation systems and conserve energy, insulated metal product lines and their benefits, certification opportunities, plus valuable information about the next generation of Express Plus. Builders left each session with an abundance of knowledge to help them employ the latest standards for metal buildings.
Monday evening culminated with a cocktail reception at the Blue Fire Grill patio – La Costa Omni Resort & Spa. After cocktails, groups headed out for dinner with Regional Managers. Builders were treated to a sunset and dinner on the beach at beachfront eateries in the SoCal area.
