Tontitown, AR - Central States Manufacturing, Inc., a leading manufacturer of
metal building components with 14 metal
roofing and wall panel profiles, a full line of trim,
accessories and structural purlins, has announced its acquisition by merger of Storage Structures, Inc., an innovative national metal building subcontractor specializing
in the self-storage industry. The transaction closed on December 30, 2022, and Richard Allen has been named President of Storage Structures, LLC.
Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned company with over
1,200 employee owners and 11 manufacturing facilities, serving over
6,000 commercial, architectural, post frame, and residential customers
across the United States. The acquisition of Storage Structures allows the company to expand its portfolio of metal building solutions by adding advanced design and installation of complex multi-story self-storage facilities. In addition, the Storage Structures patented Alpha Framing System
is a differentiator in the market with opportunities to expand beyond self-storage into other building applications.
