All Weather Insulated Panels Announces Scott Bacon As New Vice President of Sales
Vacaville, CA – All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has named Scott Bacon as Vice President of Sales. Bacon most recently served as AWIP’s
National Sales Manager, Commercial & Industrial, for nearly four years, and has over 30 years of experience in the metal roofing and siding industry.
“Scott has been a huge part of AWIP’s success over the last four years, and we’re excited to see what he will accomplish in his new role,” said Greg Lusty, AWIP President.
Joining Bacon on the AWIP sales leadership team are Joe Paparella and Jacob Nickel.
As AWIP’s new Director of C&I Sales, Paparella comes to AWIP with over 12 years of experience in metal building product sales and manufacturing, where he gained a deep understanding of the agricultural, residential and commercial metal panel
markets.
“We are happy to welcome Joe to the AWIP team in support of our national sales efforts,” added Lusty. “His industry experience speaks for itself, and I expect him to contribute to our continued growth.”
Now working as AWIP’s new Central Regional Sales Manager (Commercial and Industrial), Nickel’s promotion comes after spending over two years as the company’s Territory Sales Manager in Texas and Louisiana. Since joining AWIP in 2018,
Nickel has driven substantial growth and market development, and demonstrated the ability to extend this success in a broader geographic region.
“As our business continues to grow, we continue to adapt to meet the growing needs of our customers, and the expansion of our sales team is a reflection of that,” added Lusty.
