Bay Insulation Systems Adds Michael Gatlin As New District Sales Manager

Green Bay, WI - Bay Insulation Systems announces the addition of Michael Gatlin as the new District Sales Manager for North Central Mississippi and West Tennessee.

Gatlin takes over for Mike Grist, who retired at the end of 2024. "We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mike for his many years of dedicated service and significant contributions to the team," said a statement from the company.

Gatlin's career began at his father's company, G&W Steel Buildings in Mississippi, where he gained valuable experience in project management, estimating, and sales. Over the years, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the metal building industry.

Gatlin was drawn to Bay Insulation Systems due to the company's longstanding commitment to quality and exceptional customer service. In his role as District Sales Manager, Gatlin is responsible for maintaining existing business relationships and pursuing new opportunities within his territory. He has quickly become an integral part of the Bay team, enjoying the process of getting to know his co-workers and the customer base in his territory.
