Triangle Fastener Corporation Acquires DB Building Fasteners

Pittsburgh, PA - Triangle Fastener Corporation (TFC) is pleased to announce the acquisition of DB Building Fasteners (DB), effective August 8, 2025.

Founded in 1997, DB has established itself as a leading supplier of fasteners and related products for the metal building and metal components construction industry. With approximately 25 employees across two locations, DB generated $11.5 million in sales in 2024. "We are excited to welcome these talented individuals into the TFC family," TFC officials said in announcing the acquisition.

"This acquisition represents a significant step in TFC’s strategic growth plan, expanding our presence in the western United States and enhancing our proprietary TFC-branded product portfolio. Alongside our recent acquisition of Pro Fastening Fasteners in November 2024, this brings our footprint to 32 U.S. locations, 3 distribution centers, and 9 paint facilities dedicated to finishing fasteners," the company added.
