In his previous role leading Strategic Accounts and Business Development, Harrell played a key role in expanding the company's presence with general contractors, architects, owners and other influential partners throughout the construction industry. His strategic leadership and relationship-driven approach have helped drive meaningful business growth and strengthened AWIP's position in the marketplace.

Nickel has been promoted to Director of Commercial Sales, where he will oversee AWIP's East and West sales regions, as well as National Accounts. He previously led the West region, delivering strong results through his customer-focused leadership, commitment to team development and consistent sales execution that contributed to significant regional growth.
