Bianchi Vineyards in Paso Robles, CA, is a 17,607 sq. ft. wine barrel storage/processing facility that used rigid frame metal building systems from VP Buildings.
The project measures 72’ wide x 174’ long x 22’ eave height, with a 14’ wide x 160’ long clerestory. A 2”-high standing seam roof system by MBCI covers the project, which also features 4”-thick API siding with a stucco finish, and interior metal liner panels.
Rarig Construction Inc. of San Luis Obispo, CA, was the metal building contractor. The designer was Steven D. Pults AIA And Associates of San Luis Obispo. The project is owned by Modern Development Co. of Newport Beach, CA.
