Rigid Frame construction from Varco Pruden Buildings was used to create a 39,917 sq. ft. corporate flight department facility in the County of Douglas, Colorado. Owned by Rare Air Limited LLC, the structure includes a 30,000 sq. ft. hangar and a 9,917 sq. ft. office space/support area.

In addition to aircraft storage, the facility includes offices, a conference room, a waiting lounge, pilot support areas, shop space and an interior vehicle parking area.

It was noted that the curved roof assembly at the main entryway was based on the Varco Pruden structure, while the exterior cladding included SSR metal roofing and Panel Rib wall panels also by Varco Pruden. The wall panel colors are Cool Metallic Silver and Custom Noble Gray.

The Varco Pruden Builder and the Designer was Tectonic Management Group Inc. of Wheat Ridge, CO. The project was completed in Fall of 2012.
