This office/warehouse for Carter Industrial Partners in Fort Worth, TX, consists of two buildings; one is 40,000 square feet and the other is 80,000 square feet. Due to the large interior clear spans and light roof loading required, Mid-West Steel Building Company's Long Bay System was employed.

The patented Long Bay® system requires fewer interior columns and offers more unobstructed interior space. The roof is 24-gauge galvanized Double Lok on a 1/4:12 slope. Tilt wall concrete was used for end and side wall panels.
