Mallard Office Warehouses in Santa Fe, NM, used a combination of rigid framing and continuous beam framing from VP Buildings.

Measuring 7,376 sq. ft., the building features many offsets and modules, though the roof—a Galvalume Panel Rib profile—is all in the same plane. The result is an interesting visual appeal, combining grey metal walls with bright stucco colors.

The metal building contractor was Garvin Construction Inc., Albuquerque, NM. Project designer was J. Donald Dudley AIA, also of Albuquerque. The project owner is Sage Builders of Santa Fe, NM.
