This 7,000 square-foot office complex for Peerless Pump is attached to a manufacturing facility. In addition to metal building framing by Mid-West Steel Building Company, it features a standing seam roof on a 1/2:12 slope. The endwall and sidewall panels are tilt-wall construction.

“Green” attributes include insulated glass and aluminum shade structures. The general contractor and builder was GRA Gulf Coast Construction of Houston, TX; Almalda Enterprises of Houston, TX was the erector; and TNRG Design of Houston, TX was the designer.
