The Flowers Medical building in Grove City, OH, was constructed in a community that restricts steel siding on building exteriors. By designing the Star Building Systems structure to support the loads from conventional exterior finishes, a Star building provided quick erection, competitive pricing and an award winning design for the client.

The wall system incorporated StarMark panels in Shell White from Star Building Systems; as well as EIFS and brick. The builder chose MBCI’s 16” BattenLok HS for the “X” center section of the roof.

Using a pre-engineered building allowed for the long spans and structural support necessary to develop the open clerestory design over the center section of the building.

The Star Authorized builder is Maverick Builders in Grove City, OH. The Steel Erector was Star Erectors, Inc. and the Architect was CDI Design Group, Inc., both located in Grove City, OH.
