The new headquarters for aerospace parts supplier Aviatrix USA features office and warehouse operations that were created with Rigid Frame and Continuous Beam framing from Varco Pruden Buildings. In addition, Varco Pruden's SSR roofing and Vee Rib wall panels were used to clad the exterior of the 17,000 sq. ft. facility in Sherwood, OR.
The 8,000 sq. ft., two-story office area includes private offices and three conference rooms, as well as kitchen and break rooms. The warehouse is designed for racking stacked up to 20' high for merchandise storage, along with a shipping and receiving area that allows for efficient workflow. The building envelope combines three different styles of wall panels and CMU for the façade.
The Varco Pruden builder was PHI Construction Inc. of Portland, OR. The project was designed by Novak Architecture.
Completed in September 2019, Aviatrix USA was named the Best of Distribution Winner in the 2020 Varco Pruden Hall Of Fame presentation.
