This project for Capitol Bearing consists of two buildings with a total of 25,000 square feet of retail and warehouse space. The buildings feature Mid-West Steel Building Company’s Long Bay® system, which allows for fewer columns and more unobstructed floor space.

The project employs Galvalume roofing, gutters and downspouts. The end walls and sidewalls are concrete. The tilt wall perimeter walls with rigid-framed metal structure and metal roof system were chosen for durability, speed of construction and economy.

Chasco Constructors was the general contractor. Ameritex Erectors was the erector and roofing contractor.
