Genard Street Development, built by Method Construction, is a 36,000 square foot production facility that utilized a metal building system from Mid-West Steel Building Company.

One endwall of the structure was designed to facilitate future expansion and is sheeted with 25-gauge FW120 textured panels. The roof features 24-gauge Double-Lok panels on a 1/2: 12 slope.
