The owner of Kossen Equipment wanted a majestic building to serve as the company’s headquarters in Richland, MS. Playing a key role in the creation of that facility was Continuous Beam framing from Varco Pruden Buildings.

This eye-catching operation – housing offices and a distribution center - features a combination of flat and horizontal metal panels on the front of the 274’-wide building. Meanwhile, both sidewalls of the shop have “open” service areas framed with lean-to’s and there are two open wash bays at the rear of the facility.

In addition to the Continuous Beam framing, Varco Pruden supplied its SSR roofing formed from Galvalume-coated steel. Ash Gray colored panels were used on the walls, in Varco Pruden’s Panel Rib profile. In addition, aluminum composite panels were utilized on the entrance area of the facility.

The Varco Pruden Builder was Peoples Construction Corp. of Flowood, MS. The Designer was JBHM Architects, P.A. of Jackson, MS. The project was completed in January 2012.
