ML Deer of Houston, TX was the general contractor on this 20,202 square foot warehouse for Roofing Supply Group in Katy, TX. The new facility utilized metal building products from Mid-West Steel Building Company.
The building features a 24-gauge DoubleLok roof on a ½:12 slope with ridge vents, with a 21'4" eave height. The end and side walls are tilt wall with light transmitting panels.
